6:15 p.m Choir students meet Ms. Reighley at the Orleans Arena Box Office. Free for choir students who arrive on time.
6:30 p.m Choir will move to our seats in the bleachers. Any student who arrives later than this will have to pay to get in and will have to sit with their parents.
7:00 p.m. The game starts.
Approximately 7:15 p.m. (Maybe as late as 7:30 p.m.)
First Intermission - 20 or so minutes into the game - The choir performs. In the past our choir has sung with the mass choir (schools from all over the Vegas Valley) while simply standing at our seats.
9 to 9:30 p.m. - game ends (if it doesn’t go into overtime)
After Game - Choir students will be dismissed to their parents at the box office.
Parents who purchased tickets and need to pick up their child earlier than after the game may come to the where the choir is seated. You’ll be able to find us by the matching t-shirts (given to us by the Wranglers). Just know that there may not be additional seating in the section where you purchased tickets for your child to sit w/you during the game – Depending on how much the game is sold out.
Parents who pick their child up during the game will need to sign stating they are taking their child with them. Students picked up by parents may not return to sit with the choir.
